Is this rent-to-own?
No. This is a rental agreement only — no ownership rights transfer to you at any time. The machines remain the property of Southwest Virginia Laundry Rental, which is exactly why all maintenance and repairs stay free for you.
What happens if the washer or dryer breaks?
We fix it, free. All maintenance and repairs are included in your rental at no charge — just allow 2–3 business days for a service visit.
What's the minimum rental term?
6 months. After that, your rental continues month-to-month until you decide to stop.
Can I move or stop renting?
Yes — just give us at least 7 days (1 week) written notice if you plan to move or stop renting.
How do I pay?
Monthly rent is billed on a set due date each month. You can pay by card autopay or cash — whichever you prefer.
What areas do you serve?
